Prerequisites

The knowledge and skills you must have before attending this course are as follows:

• Fundamental knowledge of VOIP and IP Telephony.
• Basic knowledge of configuring Cisco Unified Communications Manager
• Basic knowledge of Cisco Meeting Place v8.0
• Basic knowledge of configuring Cisco Unified IP and Presence
• Basic knowledge of Cisco Jabber
